This class is designed to be a follow up to Mario Math (Multiplication Part 1), Mario Math (Multiplication Part 2), Mario Math (Multiplication Part 3) and Mario Math (Multiplication Part 4) however it would suite anyone who has a good grasp of multiplication facts using 0,1,2,3,4,5, 6, 7, 10 & 11. -------------------------------------------------------------- During this class we will channel your students' enthusiasm for Super Mario for learning math! We will use math puzzles, and games to give students an opportunity to think critically and deeply about mathematics, develop problem-solving strategies, and work through math problems. During this class, we will review multiplication facts 0 , 1 , 2 , 3, 4, 5 , 6, 7, 10 & 11 and practice multiplication facts using 8, 9 and 12. Your student should be able to skip-count, have a good handle on addition facts. As well, students should be able to take turns.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their automaticity and math fluency skills in multiplication. We will solidify multiplication facts using 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 & 11. As well as become more confident in multiplication facts using 8, 9 & 12.Other Details
