Little Learners: Butterfly Life Cycle | Pre-K & Kindergarten - Science & Craft

Let's explore the butterfly life cycle! In this one time class, learners will be introduced to four stages of the butterfly life cycle. Learners will illustrate each of the stages as well as create a fun butterfly craft.

Class Experience

I am a fully licensed special education teacher for grades K-12 who currently holds a Bachelor’s of Arts. I have over 13 years experience teaching children. I have taught preschool in childcare centers as well as elementary schools. For the last 8 years, I have taught in a K-5 special education classroom (adaptive curriculum) in all subject areas. I have been trained in sensory integration, alternate assessments, data collection, and project-based learning. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
One page handout will be provided to learners upon enrollment. Learners will also need paper, markers, a few squares of toilet paper, and 1-3 Band-Aids to complete our butterfly craft.
35 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Assistance may be needed to complete hands-on tasks in class. 
Lessons are taught using interactive and informative slides via Zoom Screenshare. No accounts or log-ins are required for this class.
