Beginner Level
This 10-week course is designed to help middle and high school students understand, develop, and enhance their Executive Function skills. Through interactive lessons, engaging activities, and practical strategies, students will build confidence and independence in managing their time, tasks, and goals. Course Objectives: By the end of this course, students will: Understand what Executive Function skills are and why they matter. Learn practical strategies for improving organization, time management, and goal-setting. Develop self-awareness and learn how to self-monitor progress. Practice real-world application of skills through hands-on activities. Create a personalized toolkit for long-term success.

I am currently in my 9th year of education and my 3rd year as an Executive Function Coach for students from late middle school to early college and career age students. I apply various teaching strategies to help students engage in and learn the importance of activating EF skills. My experience in the classroom allow for me to work with a very diverse group of students from various ethnic and educational backgrounds and many on the spectrum of neurodivergency.
