In this class, students will continue to learn how to play the piano using bass and treble clef on the staff. Students should have finished Level A Part 2 or have good understanding of rhythm and piano fingering.

Class Experience
Students are expected to practice outside of class time.
Learners will need a piano or keyboard to complete this course. They will also need to purchase the book "Bastien New Traditions All In One Piano Course" Primer B. It is widely available through music stores or online and costs around $12 USD. Here is the Amazon link for reference. Students will also need a pencil to mark their music in class. We will be using the Kjos Interactive Piano Studio in this class. Access to the online piano studio is included in the cost of your workbook. In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will be assessed through videos submitted to the teacher either through the Flipgrid website or the Outschool classroom.
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.

Use of this resource is optional for this class. More information about this resource can be found on the front cover of the required book for this course.
