Description
Class Experience
In this class we will be focusing on simple shapes and how they can be used to make more complex characters such as the Mandalorian. We will be analyzing the form of the Mandalorian’s helmet and discovering the simple shapes that are within that object. I am a big believer in taking kids where they are talent wise and making sure everyone has a fun learning experience. I also believe we learn the most when we push our abilities and are okay with making a few mistakes along the way as that is...
The goal of the class is to get a basic understanding of how simple shapes can be put together to make up a more complex drawing and have fun doing it. The bonus is we will also learn about watercolors and the use of warm and cool colors to describe form and help your drawing take shape.
Optional homework would be to watch the short video link in the class description and do a google image search for pictures of the Mandalorian so you are ready to draw.
