Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 3
Each week learners will discuss a different type of poem. Learners will be able to read different examples where we will discuss the characteristics of the poem and the poem's meaning. Finally, students will be able to write their own poems and share what they wrote with the class. Each week I will provide topics the students may choose from, but of course they are able to write about anything they choose.

We will cycle back to the beginning and start again with haikus at the beginning of May.
