Class Description: This course covers fundamental management principles, including leadership, organizational behavior, and strategic planning. Students will engage in discussions, case studies, and group activities to understand how managers make decisions and lead teams. Each class will involve interactive learning, with opportunities for students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and work on group projects. Class Experience: Students will learn about management through a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, and group activities. My teaching style is student-centered, encouraging active participation and critical thinking. I will use slides, video clips, and real-world examples to make the content engaging and relatable. Students will have the opportunity to work together on projects, participate in discussions, and reflect on what they’ve learned.
