Class Experience
Might for Right! The most important goal for this class is for students to learn self defense skills and work hard and have fun doing it!
Over 37 years training and teaching self defense skills.
Continued practice is encouraged after course is completed.
Please make sure proper workout attire (t-shirt and shorts) is worn. Socks are not recommended as they may cause the child to slip. Make sure that students have an area clear of obstructions so they can safely practice moving around.
Students are encouraged to demonstrate the techniques learned in class. I also recommend students to enroll in my ongoing classes to further their skills.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parents should observe all classes to be aware of techniques being taught. I encourage parents to practice techniques with students outside of class.
