Description

Class Experience

Students will learn the different aspects of vocal variety. We will develope several different characters and learn how to use them effectively. Each week we will discover new ways to get the most out of your voice acting skills. Building a foundation to continue creating fun and exciting new voice characters.
I am a seasoned improv actor and director. I enjoy teaching voice characterization for students of all ages. As a member of Toastmasters for over ten years, I have developed an evaluation technique that is focused on positive reinforcement of learners skills while also giving them the encouragement to improve.
A working microphone and if possible headphones. It can be a mic/headphone type headset. Aquiet and distraction free place. We will be doing voices and it is really important to be able to hear each learner clearly. Room temperature water is also suggested.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
