The objective of this one time class is for students to learn how to tell time on the hour. We will start the class with a song and then the students will be invited to participate in basic introductions. Next, the teacher will read the nursery rhyme "Hickory, Dickory, Dock". Then students will be invited to act out the nursery rhyme. Later, students will learn how to tell time on the hour using teacher examples, guided practice, as well as independent practice. Students will learn how to tell time on the hour using both analog and digital formats.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
