Description

Class Experience

In this ongoing course, students will learn various grammar structures from the Common Core Standards for middle school. The classes are communicative and interactive. Students will learn through games and fun activities. 

The following is the schedule of topics: 
1. Nouns
2. Pronouns
3. Verb Tenses
4. Adjectives
5. Adverbs
6. The Passive Voice
7. Phrases, Clauses, and Sentences
8. Simple, Complex, and Compound Sentences
9. Adjective Clauses
10. Adverb Clauses
11. Noun Clauses
12. Gerunds...

Students will be able to use standard English grammar when writing and speaking.

I have been teaching grammar for a long time and I love playing grammar games. This will be a fun class for everybody and the students will learn a lot without too much effort.

The teacher will provide handouts.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
