Students will improve their reading skills, as well as develop their vocabulary and spelling skills through reading and analyzing 8 fables (one per class). This is a month-long class and students will meet 8 times throughout the month for 45 minutes each time. Here is the daily schedule of fables: Week 1 - King Log and King Crane, The Fox and the Grapes Week 2 - The Two Dogs, The Two Mules Week 3 - The Bag of Coins, The Hares and the Frogs Week 4 - The Fox and the Hen, The Tree and the Reeds

I have been teaching English to native and nonnative speakers for over 20 years in the US and abroad. My approach is called "Focus-on-Form", which means my classes are very communicative and interactive in nature, but we still focus on grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary.
