Focus Math Tuition/ 1:1 Tutoring

In this private class your learner will become a confident mathematician as we work to understand Maths concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, time, measurement and much more!  In this one-to-one supportive environment I aim to make Maths come alive  for your child as we play fun games, use practical resources and use power points to create a fun learning experience.

After correspondence with you prior to class and assessment of your child during the first lesson, we will begin our journey of understanding topics in Maths your learner struggles with or needs that extra bit of practise with. Your learner is welcome to bring homework to class for us to work through too! Each weeks lesson will be directed by the requirement of your childs mathematical needs and will be discussed with yourself in the form of a brief plan.
Depending on the age of your child and your wishes, I will set a small amount of practical/mental Maths homework each week.
