In this one-time Christmas art class you will learn to use oil pastel techniques to create the glowing Northern Lights!
Class experience
In this one time class we will look at photos of the Aurora Borealis, and learn about why these amazing lights shine in the Northern skies. We will then, step by step create our very own Northern Lights scene using pastels or chalks. I will teach you how to blend, and use appropriate colors to really create a glowing night sky. We will then draw simple trees silhouetted against the night sky.There will be lots of opportunity for you to chat, share ideas and the final masterpiece you make...
