Learn Math Fast Volume 4 | 1:1 Tutoring

Welcome to Learn Math Fast Volume 4! 

Math doesn’t need to be scary - and together we will overcome every challenge that your leaner faces. I am happy to meet on a one-off basis, in preparation for an exam, or to tackle a specific issue, or as an ongoing regularly scheduled class. 

This class is perfect for parents who would like to outsource math instruction, or do not necessarily feel comfortable teaching the material. I will meet your learner where they are academically and guide them through the material at a pace that is comfortable to them. 

APPROACH.
My approach to teaching maths is keeping the material fun and interactive. I don’t like to lecture - instead preferring to engage the students and make them invested in the material.  This includes a lot of questions and math games!

SUPPLIES. 
I have all the materials required and can start at any point to guide your learner the rest of the way! Just bring your copy of the book, pencil, and paper to class! 

EXPERIENCE. 
I have taught maths for over a decade, and am a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. I also have two decades of experience in the homeschool / home educated community. 

LEARN MATH FAST VOLUME 4
This course is appropriate for most 8th and 9th grade students. Among topics covered at this level are:

- An introduction to geometry
- Pythagoras Theorem
- Pi, radius and diameter
- The metric system
