1 hour per week. Prior to the class, each student will receive a printable coloring book PDF file with all of the "positive affirmation" illustrations from the picture book. Learners will be asked to pick their favorite page from these coloring pages, print out that one page, color it in at home, and then bring this colored affirmation illustration to the class with them to talk about. This activity will not be judged or graded, but each student will be asked to talk about "why" they chose that particular affirmation and/or illustration.Class Experience

Learner should print their favorite page from the digital coloring book PDF document they will receive after signing up, color this page in at home before the class begins, and be prepared to show the page to the class (when asked) and explain what they liked about this page (why they connected with this page more than the others).
