What's included
1 live meeting
35 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Beginning with story time, I will read "The Magic School Bus and the Shark Adventure" by Scholastic Productions. Then with a video clip from Learn Bright, we will examine the science of sharks. We will discuss what a shark is and how it exists within its ecosystem. The students will then label the parts of a shark. Any necessary PDFs will be provided before class. Finally, I will provide some enrichment activities for after class to continue the study of sharks. This class is a great introduction into sharks, or a good review, for anyone who needs it.

Hello from Texas! Although I am currently residing in Texas, we move quite often and that has allowed me to have many different types of career experiences. I have tutored privately and through well-known organizations; taught in the public school classroom setting with a self-contained classroom (including 4th grade and Texas History); substituted and interned in private school classroom settings; instructed at the community college level (History); assisted with museum operations; and homeschooled my three munchkins. I have worked with early education all the way up to the community college level. My Bachelors is in childhood education with a Master's in American History.
