Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
I am a teacher with 20 years of classroom experience. My chess.com rating is 2060. I have been teaching chess for 8 years, formerly at the Berkeley Chess School, currently at the Center for Talented Youth at John Hopkins University and at Christopher House Elementary in Chicago.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
If your student regularly plays online or in person games you will watch their chess rating climb.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
