Delightfully Happy

This class will teach students how to strengthen their relationships by using love languages and engaging in meaningful conversations. 
Students will explore everything from how to build great relationships with family and friends, fun activities to share with love ones that can boost their happiness and strengthen their bond, self-love, and how colors affect emotions .


CLASS CONTENT :

- Love Languages : How to use love languages to connect at a deeper level with family  & friends.

- Great questions your tween can ask family members / friends to create meaningful conversations and strengthen their relationship.

- Fun activities tweens can do with family members / friends to bond.

- Self-love :  When you hold yourself in high esteem, you are more likely to choose things that nurture your well being.  Schedule “ Me Time “  and get energized !

- Colors and Emotions : Which colors makes us feel happy, calm, energized,
 creative, …..

- Empowerment : No need to compare.  You are unique and so are your relationships.


This is an interactive class.  Students will be encouraged to share with the class their thoughts on each of the topics, and how they can enhance their communication with family and friends by using the right love language.  
No previous knowledge of these seven habits needed for this class.
