Paper and pencil are the only required materials. Slides will be taught in textbook fashion with interactive drill/practice features when possible. This is a guaranteed 1:1 class with customized pacing and instruction. Please contact me for the pricing and information if you would like a group class. All learners will have many opportunities to practice each skill individually and corrections will be made to ensure comprehension. Participation will ensure understanding.

In addition to the live meetings, an independent practice assignment from the Singapore Dimensions workbooks will be posted after each meeting so that students can practice learned skills independently. The answer keys for any paper/pencil activities can be sent to you separately if needed. Please message me to request this and they will be sent via message to the parent. These outside of class activities are optional but encouraged as part of the class experience. Daily math practice is important for full comprehension so your student will get more out of the lessons if they practice in between.

This class covers the textbook A and B of your chosen grade level using Singapore Dimensions textbooks. It will be used to cover the full year of math per your chosen grade level. The homework portion is optional and will come from the Singapore Dimensions workbook that corresponds to your textbook.

This class is structured as a traditional math class but will be interactive and require participation from the student. I do ask them to either work problems on the screen if they have annotation abilities or to use pencil and paper and show me their work. I will also ask the student a lot of questions in order to keep him or her focused and engaged in learning.

The class textbook and workbook may be purchased from the Singapore website but purchase is not required. The materials will be shared on screen during class. Test materials are available upon request and will be sent to the parent via message on outschool. Answer keys for homework and tests are also available upon request. You can always contact me with any questions you may have.
