In this advanced course, students will learn how to crochet a graphghan heart.
Class experience
In this advanced crochet class, students will learn to crochet a heart in a graphghan. We will briefly re-visit the basics of crochet such as a chain stitch and single crochet. The class is structured as demo first, use our graph paper to map out our stitches, then start on the piece, and answering questions. I want each student to have fun learning something new. I am patient and nurturing. As a reminder to each student nothing we learn for the first will be perfect, enjoy the process....
Please have the following : 2 different colors of worsted weight yarn (found in your craft stores or Walmart) We will roll 4 baseball sized balls in the primary color (PC) and secondary color (SC) (ie: 2 PC and 2 SC) Size H crochet needle (also called a hook) Tapestry needle to weave in loose yarn Scissors Graph paper and writing utensil
