Crazy About Cake Pops (Part 2): Spring Has Sprung!
In this one time, online cooking class, students will apply their previously learned cake pop making skills in order to learn how to create and decorate cake pops with spring designs.

Do you want to create some cute spring designed Cake Pops? Do you want to expand your Cake Pop decorating skills? Then this class is for you! Students will come to class with their cake pop balls already rolled (as taught in Crazy About Cake Pops). We will learn how to make and decorate: Spring Nests, Fluffy Bunny Tails and Flowers. Students will need access to everything needed to make cake pops (as taught in previous classes), a microwave or double boiler, white and/or dark chocolate edible food grade marker and candies for decorating. The supply list will be uploaded to the classroom at least 7 days before the class begins to help you with purchasing these ingredients. This class is for students who have already taken Crazy About Cake Pops (or another cake pop class).
Learning Goals
Students will improve their decorating skills in order to create more detailed and intricate cake pop designs.

Students may need help baking a cake ahead of time and operating a microwave.
Supply List
A handout with all of the supplies needed for class will be uploaded to the classroom 7 days before class begins to help with purchasing the correct materials. Learners will need: baked cake, icing, melting chocolate, sprinkles, popsicle or lollipop sticks, candies for decorating, edible food grade marker, oil based food coloring (if you choose to dye your chocolate, it is not needed tho), room in your freezer to cool the balls, a cake pop cooling stand or an empty egg carton or Styrofoam block
