Hello Everyone, This is a private multi-day lesson for those who want to learn how to crochet. No experience is required. We will meet three times once a week. Class overview: We will learn a variety of skills and stitches listed below. By the end of the third week (depending on the level of the student), they will have created a bracelet and or a bookmark. I will have two cameras during the lesson. One will be focused on my face and one on my hands, so students can clearly see the stitch and ask questions when needed. I usually crochet right-handed but can also crochet left-handed. Stitches and skills that will be taught. -Holding the yarn -Holding the hook - Slip stitch -Chain -SC: Single crochet I look forward to seeing you in the classroom :) Kindly, Mrs. Jessica

Supply List
1.) Crochet Hook- The size of the hook should match the size of your yarn. I suggest working with nothing smaller than a 5mm hook. The bigger your hook the bigger your yarn will need to be 2.) Yarn in the color of your choice. I suggest working with yarn no smaller than size 4 ( the thicker the yarn, the easier it will be to work with)

I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach your child. I live in Canada, Alberta and I have been teaching for 7 and a half years. I have a Bachelor's in Education, with a major in English and a minor in art. I have been teaching students of all ages in a variety of different places, such as China (Grade 10-11), Abu Dhabi (Grade 3), and Malaysia (Grade 5). I am so excited to teach you art, English, and even science! I love to create and believe its important to learn through hands-on experience. I strive to build students' confidence in their abilities and think it's important to learn something new every day.
