Homework
1 hour per week. The amount of rehearsal time spent outside of our lessons is completely dependent upon the student's goals. It is acceptable not to practice outside of our time together; however, it is recommended that students print out their sheet music and spend some time between lessons memorizing lyrics, practicing vocal exercises, and rehearsing what we went over together in the previous lesson for best results.Class Experience
US Grade 3 - 8
Beginner - Intermediate Level
These are 30-minute, one-on-one voice lessons that meet once a week. The age range for this class is flexible. Lessons are tailored depending on the individual student, their abilities, and their goals. In the first lesson, I will ask the student about their experience and goals for singing which will help determine how to structure their lessons. Students will learn about and work on their vocal range, ear training, breath support, stage presence, and tone production. We will also spend time improving performance technique by strengthening the student's ability to express the message of the song and hone their acting skills. Students are welcome to bring their own suggestions regarding songs to learn. I will provide suggestions as well. We will work on the vocal and emotional expression as well. Please see calendar for available time slots OR reach out to me directly with a time that works for you and I will do my very best to accommodate! :)
Learning Goals
Students will develop and refine their vocal technique to enhance pitch accuracy, breath control, and emotional expression, enabling them to perform with greater confidence and skill.
Students will also learn basic music theory concepts.

Supply List
1. It is helpful to have reliable, strong internet connectivity so that the sound is steady and clear. 2. Students will need to have some kind of Bluetooth speaker to play tracks for their songs, or you may use a separate tablet or phone to play the tracks. 3. Sheet music and/or tracks may need to be purchased and/or downloaded online if there is a specific song that students would like to work on. I will do my best to find a free version and keep those costs extremely low whenever possible. They will also need to print out sheet music if possible.
