I am an experienced elementary reading teacher and have a great love for children’s literature and being able to incorporate books into all subject areas. I want my students to be excited about reading/writing and I feel that my passion comes thru in each story I tell!
1 file available upon enrollment*snowman pieces (2 sheets) *piece of blue construction paper for background, either light or dark blue *scissors *glue *crayons *a scarf, hat and coat (students will put on as the story goes along) *hot chocolate made ahead of time from a packet to sip during the story
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Scissors will be used to cut out several pieces for the snowman activity so a parent should be close by to help. Also, a cup of warm chocolate can be sipped during this class using a packet or hot cocoa. If you have a couple of little marshmallows, add them to the drink. :)
