Class Experience
US Grade Kindergarten - 3
Intermediate Level
In this on-going class, the students will meet once a week to discuss the book of the week that they will have read before class. We will talk about the characters, setting, plot, etc. With the non-fiction books, the students will get a chance to tell each other something interesting they learned from the book and ask any questions at this time. This class is taught in English.
- *Students will practice Level 3 reading skills. *Students will listen to other Level 3 progressive readers read. *Students will work on responding to questions. *Students will take turns with their reading friends.
*I am an experienced elementary reading teacher and have a great love for children’s literature and teaching children to read. I want my students to be excited and confident about reading and I feel that my passion comes through in each class I teach. Teacher Dianne
*Each week I will have the book uploaded in the classroom for the next week. Most of the books are readily available in your local library as well. :)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
