Class Experience

In this self paced class I will teach different aspects of the EPIC (Elements, Principles, Integration Art Curriculum). Each week we will create a piece of art that uses one or more of the EPIC techniques. The class is inspired by Montessori.

Topics that you will learn and create artwork from:- Line and pattern, Shapes, Color Paint Mixing, Form and Collage.

It doesn’t matter if your child is a beginner or advanced in their artwork, what they create will be on their level, as is the Montessori way.

Using these techniques helps build an artists experiences and as they learn, their creations will improve and can also be used throughout learning.

This class is listed ages 4-9 but younger or older are welcome to take it also.

If your child is below or above the age range that’s fine just let me know when you sign up. For younger children you may need to assist them.

They can watch and create when is convenient for them, at their pace. The recording can be rewinded and watched as many times as you like.

If any extra help is needed I will be available for questions via the classroom.
