Each week we will discuss an amazing scientist and her/his discoveries. Students will learn through story telling, slideshow, and youtube videos. Students will fill out a graphic organizer for each scientist with discoveries, dates, and drawings. Below is a tentative date timeline: Nov. 4 Class 1: Madam Curie Class 2: Robert Hooke and Louis Pasteur Class 3: Gregor Mendel Class 4: Rosalind Franklin Class 5: Raye Montague Class 6: Galileo and Carl Sagan Class 7: Rachel Carson Class 8: Newton and Einstein Class 9: Mae C. Jemison Class 10: Jane Goodall
Learning Goals
