This class is designed to run alongside my Club français class or my French 1 for Secondary/Middle/High School With Kim. Speaking Skills class. I will access students across both classes. This class will have an end of Cycle Project, where students will present a written and spoken component on an agreed topic. It is also suitable for the first year of French GCSE (no external exam). I have taught a French 1 course for 2 years for an American online school with Outschool. The students reached French 1 standard and above. Learners may join the class at or near the beginning of any Cycle. Depending on the learner's level of French across Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Grammar, they will need 4 to 6 Cycles to reach French 1 level. The GCSE course will usually take 2 academic years to complete. There will be a reading task with comprehension questions and a written task (a correct the errors/fill in the blanks or similar) during every class. The homework tasks are listed below. This Cycle will be 6 weeks long and I will be in France for the whole of that time.
