Class Experience
Students can gain tools to help them grow in all areas of their lives.
I am a certified emotional breakthrough facilitator and have coached over 20 individuals. I won't be using the extent of my training on Outschool, but my experience does help me provide basic tools that you can use. I have been certified through the Vibrant Living Academy as a Holistic Health Coach (after completing a 6-month program) and am trained in the things I will teach and provide.
There is a simple homework assignment for every week except for the first. All assignments are completed individually. I usually give a few assignments as options to choose from, and you can pick the one that you think will benefit you the most.
I require that each student come to class with a notebook that is specific to this class. I recommend also coming with a folder or a place to store the printouts you will receive.
There is no formal assessment in class, but you will receive a certificate of completion after completing both one and part two of the course.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
I refer to some things taught in the book "7 Steps to Vibrant Living" throughout class. The author is a friend of mine who is also the founder of the Holistic Health Coaching program that I am certified through.
