Class Experience

In this ongoing class students will read fiction and nonfiction selections to practice comprehension strategies and skills.

The curriculum in this class meets Common Core standards for 7th grade. This class is suitable for students below 7th grade who are strong, independent readers and now need practice with comprehension of longer and more difficult selections.  This class is also suitable for students above 7th grade who need extra help with reading comprehension.

CLASS TIME...

Students should bring paper or a notebook and something to write with to every class.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
