1:1 Research Paper and Essay Writing for Social Sciences & Humanities

Research and writing support for research papers and essays in history, law, political science, geography the humanities using my unique research methodology that I have developed over the last two decades of learning and teaching.

In my 18 years of high school teaching experience I've learned that research skills and paper writing are some of the toughest challenges for high school students.  I have taught these skills to hundreds of students over the years, and would love to share what I know with you!

This class will start with learning the methodology I have developed for research and paper writing in a one-on-one format with real examples.  I will provide students with written and graphical materials that they can use as references throughout their academic careers.  This will involve:

-Understanding appropriate and effective primary/secondary source material
-Research techniques
-Ethical use of AI
-Note-taking and organization
-Outline and rough-draft development
-Effective citations and references
-Collaborative feedback
-Development of final products

After that I am more than happy to help guide my students through the process as they write their own research papers, either as practice or for school.  I am an expert in research and analysis as well as writing, so I can assist every step of the way.
