This class is an ongoing one on one tutoring class that will focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding strategies, and reading comprehension. Each class will focus on a new strategy and will build on what the student already knows. I will assess each student during our first class to gauge their reading level and phonological and phonemic understanding.
