US Grade Kindergarten - 3
The best method for tutoring to succeed is for me to spend the first session getting to know the student and their abilities before giving them a brief lesson near the conclusion of the first session. Then, having that knowledge, I'd design the next session to look deeper into the areas where they require assistance. Having more than one session with a tutoring teacher is beneficial to students. Your student will receive tutoring depending on their assignment or homework in this one-time class. I can also provide general tutoring for grades Kindergarten to grade 4. For example I will do activities such as: reading comprehension, spelling, writing sentences, reviewing uppercase and lowercase letters, teaching them noun, verb and adjectives and more. For example in math I will do activities related to counting, even and odd, more and less, before and after, measurement, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and more. Please let me know ahead of time what your student requires or what you want me to focus on with your student. This information helps so I can be prepared with any materials and activities that could assist them. My teaching style encourages students to talk and share as much as possible. I will be using PowerPoints by screen sharing to support their learning. Students are encouraged to ask questions. Please feel free to message me with any questions!

I have 8 years of experience in teaching children from the ages 3-16. I have a Bachelors Degree in Health and Society. I am also certified as a Montessori Teacher and in Early Childhood Education. I am currently a Montessori Teacher working with children ages 4-6 . I also provide reading, writing, oral communication, math, art, and science tutoring to children ages 3 to 16. Teaching children is a wonderful experience for me, and being able to share my passion with my students is a reward!
Some of the classes I hope to teach on Outschool will cover reading, writing, spelling, speaking, math, and arts and crafts. I love teaching in various ways and I'm excited to teach your student.
My teaching method is dynamic and student-centered. In my classes, I often use powerpoints, discussions, and games! Teaching, in my opinion, should not only assist students in learning about the topic being taught, but it should also be engaging and enjoyable!
In my spare time, I like to dance, meditate, and travel. I feel that life is meant to be lived, enjoyed to the fullest, and to stay positive!Reviews
