🍎Welcome! This is an ongoing, 1:1 (or 1:2 if you choose) preschool/pre-K, kindergarten readiness class that meets two days per week. A four days per week option is also available. Please just message me if you prefer more days than two and I can create that for you.

🍎Enrollment is your choice of one learner or two (which is especially convenient for siblings). If you need days and times that are not listed, please request them and I will try to make them available for you.

🍎This class offers FUN, engaging, personalized, high quality lessons with an experienced early childhood teacher and is perfect for homeschool learners, kindergarten prep/readiness, ESL students or anyone who may benefit from individualized teaching. Your learner is the only one in class and will receive all the attention and focus.

🍎This class meets two days each week for an ongoing, full course, circle time class, where we will learn SO MUCH and have tons of FUN!  

🍎 This is a class where your learner receives all the attention and focus and lessons planned specifically for them and tailored to their needs and where they are in their learning journey.

🌻Since this is a private class, your learner will have the ability to speak and interact with the teacher, which not only benefits learning but increases social skill activity. Show and tell will also be part of this class, which will maximize engagement and social interaction.  

🌻Depending on what concepts your learner already knows or needs review in, we will learn and review letters, correct letter sounds, letter blending, phonemic awareness, phonics, word families, numbers/math, science, colors, shapes, days of the week, months of the year, weather, social skills and much more! We will share, engage and explore pre-K and kindergarten readiness elements while having tons of fun! If there are other needs we need to address or if your learner seems to be stuck in a certain area, we will focus on that to begin with.

🧸As an early childhood educator, I have many years of experience with kindergarten readiness and pre-K circle time. These are the foundational years when young learners' communication skills flourish. These skills are vital for the learning process.

🌻This is an ongoing class, so once you sign up, that spot in class is yours for as long as you would like it. This class is also perfect for review, extra practice, new learners, camp and more!

🌻This full-curriculum, academic class includes everything your learner needs to know before kindergarten and is perfect for review or extra practice, too! 

✨ Your learner is WELCOME regardless of where they are in their learning journey! The pace of this class is not rushed so that each student can enjoy their learning and class-time experience and retain what they have learned with confidence. I have several years experience teaching and tutoring students who are: beginners, advanced, ESL and more. Since this class is centered around just YOUR learner, it is not too advanced or too basic since I will meet your learner where they are.

✨Learners will be taught correct letter sounds and phonics, which is an extremely important first step in becoming an excellent reader, speller and writer!

💛 I have over 25 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have also been a homeschool mom and co-op teacher. I absolutely LOVE teaching. My goal is to make learning FUN!

- Bachelor’s Degree in English/Language Arts & Early Childhood Education 
- Over 25 years teaching experience 
- Full-time classroom experience teaching and tutoring

- 3 years online teaching and online tutoring experience
- Montessori educator
- Current 120 hour TESOL certification / ESL teaching experience

🍎I purchase high quality curriculum and I create fun worksheets, personalized coloring pages and provide optional bonus materials for extra practice outside of class!

🍎I use props and face to face interaction more than sharing slides, videos, etc. for more engaging, hands-on learning and much needed SOCIAL time!

🍎Optional homework for extra practice at home is also available.

- Pre-K standards, kindergarten readiness skills, letters and their correct sounds (and not just letter names or the ABC's alone), phonics, numbers, colors, shapes/attributes, days/months, calendar, weather, science and exciting weekly themes!

- Repetition, routine and review: Consistency, ENCOURAGEMENT and fun will create a successful learning atmosphere that students will look forward to!

- Building communication, comprehension, creativity and social skills, show and tell, story time, games and songs, wiggle breaks, themed worksheets and more.
