課堂經歷
Kids will learn some common yoga poses with a Marvel twist. I will start the class with a discussion about yoga and asking the children what they know about yoga. I will also ask them who their favorite Marvel character is. Then we will get on our mats or on floor and start the yoga class. I will mute everyone during the yoga portion of the class so that everyone can focus. At the end of class I will ask the kids how they feel and if they enjoyed the Marvel themed class. I love to have fun...
My goals for this class is for kids to have fun, positive movement, learn about yoga, and meet other students that are also interested in Marvel.
I am a 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and a total nerd.
A yoga mat would be preferable but not required.
Parents need to supervise their child during the class. Be sure the child has enough space to practice yoga. They need to be barefoot or wearing non-slip socks. Please inform the yoga instructor if the child has any physical issues that needs to be known. The child needs to follow instructions to prevent injury. This is a physical activity and the child is practicing at their own risk.
