During this one-time class, we will learn how to meditate and practice mindfulness. This self-esteem themed class focuses on accepting ourselves and appreciating who we are, with a holiday twist. This winter-themed guided meditation involves using our imagination and helps us enjoy the gift giving season. Enjoy a relaxing visualization meditation, imagining yourself catching snowflakes and recognizing their uniqueness and beauty along with your own.
During this class, we will practice breathing techniques and positive affirmations of self-love and acceptance. Learners will be guided through a short meditation to promote relaxation and a positive self-image. This will be a guided meditation with a descriptive visualization to help the learner reach a calm, safe place in his/her mind. This class will encourage learners to show love towards themselves and others.

Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a Nutritionist and Mental Wellness Coach. I enjoy sharing Holistic Ways of Improving our Mood. 

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am certified in Mindfulness, Meditation & Neuroscience as well as Conscious Care & Support.

Over the years, I have taught art, physical education, as well as promoted self-esteem and confidence. More recently, I have been teaching English as a second language, and I had the privilege of homeschooling my 9 year old Step-Son this year. However, my main passion is teaching guided Meditations, Nutrition and Wellness courses to adults and children.

I am passionate about teaching kids the importance of eating healthy foods to support their mental well-being and overall health. I enjoy sharing simple lifestyle habits that can be used to reduce anxiety and help your child deal with stress. I believe that these are tools that can be carried with them into adulthood.

As a teacher, I love to ask questions and encourage students to share their thoughts. Providing a warm and inviting learning environment is very important in order to nurture Positive Self-Image and overall Mental Wellness.
