▬▬▬▬▬▬ COURSE SUMMARY ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Uncap your pen (make sure it's not Anaklusmos!) and dive into the Sea of Monsters in order to uncover the deep secret of creative writing. Train with us at Camp Half-Blood as we learn about what tips and tricks can make your writing really come to life. Class 1: In our first class together, we will start at the beginning with the most important step - words! Using the satyr Grover to guide us through our initial journey, together we will discuss how to become...
By the end of this course, students will be able to identify and use four different tools and techniques to enhance their creative writing. Students will know the parts of a sentence and parts of speech, and be able to identify how to enhance basic sentences with additional information. Students will be able to add dimension to their writing through powerful adjective and verb choices.
