Your student will learn helpful tips, tricks, and strategies for building knowledge and confidence when facing the SSAT reading, writing and verbal sections. 

I am a certified teacher and have been teaching both in person and online for 6 years. I have a bachelor's degree from California State University SB in English, and a master's degree in teaching English. I currently teach English and Honors/AP Literature at a BASIS charter school, one of the top-performing schools.

After each lesson, your learner will be presented with a tailored "challenge activity" so they can try the tips and techniques we practiced together on their own. Then, at the beginning of the next class, we go over areas of strengths and weaknesses before tackling the next step of the curriculum, all completely designed around your student's specific needs.

Each section is assessed similarly to the SSAT: Multiple choice answers can be graded as correct or incorrect, and the written portion we go over together to perfectly curate your student's written voice.
