Students easily learn three highly effective relaxation techniques before the guided meditation begins. These relaxation techniques are easy to do and can be used any time. 

This relaxing guided meditation focuses on learning how to pay attention to their feelings. Easy-to-learn techniques are shared on how to harness their inner emotions of love and empathy and how to use them. Techniques of how to release hurt feelings and inner turmoil are also included in this guided meditation class. Students will feel relaxed and calm after class.

I also offer this class to ages 10 - 13 which is 25 minutes long.
