I have a Mindfulness Foundations for Teachers Certificate from The Mindfulness in Schools Project, which I received from Phuket International Academy in 2015. This was an eight-week training course for teachers to use mindfulness in schools. I also have over five years experience using mindfulness with students from Pre k- Grade 8.
