In this Chinese Food Cooking Flex class, we will be making Chinese meals and appetizers, over a 4 week time span. We will be making shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, beef and broccoli with rice, and chicken lo mein . Most of the recipes require basic cooking knowledge but are still simple cooking concepts that any learner should be able to accomplish. During this course we will work on knife skills, use sharp knives, use hot stoves, ovens, microwaves, etc. Your learner should be comfortable...

Basic cooking utensils and materials will be needed. I will post recipes with supply lists and ingredients needed every Sunday in the classroom.
