수업 경험

Students will learn the basic and intermediate terminology of cheerleading. In addition to understanding labels, students will be led by teacher/coach direction and get the opportunity to perform motion technique as well. Students will receive live feedback as they learn proper motion placement.
I have been cheering and dancing for as long as I can remember. I am a former high school and collegiate cheerleader, where I performed on the Daytona Beach Bandshell in Daytona Beach, Florida. I have coached competitive all-star cheer and dance programs and I’m currently the Head Varsity Cheerleading and Competitive Coach for the Division 4A school where I teach. I oversee the cheerleading program in several aspects ranging from strength and conditioning workouts, tryouts, routine/stunt/tumbling choreography, and team selections. 
Students should wear comfortable cotton shorts/yoga pants, T-shirt, and comfortable shoes. Shoes are important because some motion placement may require a transitional movement. If a student is wearing only socks, it could cause unnecessary sliding.
