Week 1: Downward Melodic Intervals Week 2: Major/Minor Chords Week 3: Half Diminished/Diminished Chords Week 4: 4/4 3/4 Time Signature Rhythms Week 5: Identifying Melodies and melodic patterns Week 6: Identifying Rhythms and rhythmic patterns Week 7: Transcribing well-known songs Week 8: Upward Melodic Intervals We will cover all the necessary Ear-Training topics, from melodic intervals to rhythmic patterns. Ear Training is a great skill that can significantly improve your music skills. The students will have the ability and knowledge to identify melodic and rhythmic patterns. This course will improve their overall musicianship.
