Throughout this course, you will explore the history of the United States. But it's not just about history. You will also explore the value of public service, the traits of good leaders, and other important themes such as geography, economics, civic responsibility, and government. This Social Studies course is designed to be flexible. You can start any time during the academic year and explore a new theme in United States History each week. This class will include multiple viewpoints while discussing and learning about historical events and people. Live classes will include storytelling, slides, primary sources, discussion, and games. Optional homework assignments will be assigned after each class.
