I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish from Southern Illinois University in 1996. I received my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Reading from University of Phoenix in 2010. I have my TESOL certification and bilingual endorsement from the State of Texas.
I have taught Bilingual Elementary School for 11 years in grades 1 and 2. I also taught Bilingual Intermediate grades 5 and 6 as well as a year of all levels of High School Spanish. I have taught adult classes of ESL, GED classes in English and Spanish, and some basic business classes. I also currently teaching children at various ages English as a second language online.
I love to share what I know with others. I especially hope to share my love of languages, reading, and writing with children. I love the reach that is available by teaching online. In my free time, I enjoy reading, riding horses, watching horse events, shopping at thrift stores for treasures, and traveling.レビュー
