The ability to read a literary piece and analyze what is written seems like an unnecessary skill. However, as adults, people need to be able to read and understand directions, contracts, and manuals. The skill of analyzing literature is one that will help students all throughout their adult lives.

This class balances teacher instruction, discussion, and class activities to help keep students engaged in lessons. Students will use Google Docs during the interactive portions of class to allow immediate feedback on work.
