Get a $10 discount with coupon code: AASIYLEDHM10 Social skills are important for all ages. Kids between the ages of 5-8 have to face certain social circumstances that can be quite tough responding to if they never learned about it. Some examples are: How should kids respond to an unknown person? What should a kid do if he/she is lost in a mall? How should a child respond to parent/teacher feedback? This course is created for children to learn appropriate social and communication skills when it comes to responding to adults. Students will learn how to manage emotions in stressful situations along with how to respond to such situations. They will be taught actions that they can take along with words and phrases they can use. We will also practice roleplay in order to apply everything we learned. This class is open to students from all around the world; however, the curriculum I will be using is an American/Canadian curriculum that has been appreciated worldwide. This class is open to all students. I believe learning should be implemented for all kinds of students. I highly recommend it for students with ADHD or in the autism spectrum, since learning emotional regulation and communication skills can help amplify their potential. If your child has any learning disability or any learning needs, please send out a message regarding their learning needs and what you believe they'd find helpful and I will prepare accordingly in order to provide your child with the best experience.
