30 minutos horas de clase por semanaExperiencia de clase
In this welcoming and inclusive weekly class, students will meet for 30 minutes to connect, share, and play alongside same-aged peers in a relaxed and supportive environment. This class is designed as a positive social experience where children can be themselves, make friends, and build social confidence at their own pace. Each week, students are encouraged to bring something they’re excited about to share—this might be a favorite toy, book, drawing, photo, completed project, or anything that they would like! Through sharing, students will practice conversational skills like turn-taking, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and expressing interest in others’ ideas. In addition to sharing time, students will participate in playful, interactive activities such as color hunts, virtual scavenger hunts, hide and seek, group storytelling, LEGO building, drawing, and more. Activities may be done collaboratively or independently, with space for every child to engage in a way that feels right for them. The class is student-led, with gentle guidance and modeling from the teacher when needed. No prior skills are required. This is a neurodivergent-affirming space where all learners are welcome and supported, regardless of diagnosis. Come as you are and enjoy a fun, safe space to connect, share, and play!
