Orientación para padres
Throughout this course, we will be using Outschool-approved third-party tools to enhance student engagement and ensure a deep understanding of the course materials. While some topics, especially those related to political parties, may be polarizing, I will ensure that all perspectives are covered fairly, creating a respectful environment where every student feels heard and valued.
Here are the third-party tools we’ll be using:
-Edpuzzle: Students will need a free account to access videos and video clips that will reinforce key concepts.
-Canva: This platform may be used for creative assignments where students can visually showcase their understanding of specific topics.
-Flipgrid: A free student account is required. This tool allows students to share their thoughts and opinions in video responses, fostering a safe and monitored environment for peer feedback.
-Nearpod: Used for interactive lessons and activities to engage students as they learn course content.
-Padlet: A collaborative tool for discussions, allowing students to express their thoughts and ideas in a shared, organized space.
-Quizizz: A fun, interactive platform for assessing student knowledge with quizzes that review topics covered in class or assignments.
-Quizlet: A study tool that will help students review and retain information needed for class discussions and assessments.
These tools will provide a dynamic and interactive experience, making learning both fun and effective!
Lista de útiles escolares
I will supply all necessary handouts and curriculum materials for students through the Outschool Classroom. A printer may be needed to complete assignments, if students would rather write their answers!
